About

My name is Jay Jonah,
and I am so happy you're here.

As a queer-identified masculine-presenting trans person, I understand the importance
of finding both – a skilled and knowledgeable gender-affirming therapist.

I'm a clinical social worker/therapist who has been working with and advocating for the queer and trans community since 2012.

My community advocacy work and experience of gender dysphoria, body hate/shame, transphobia, depression, and anxiety inspired me to become a therapist.

I believe your voice needs to be heard and I'm eager to use my lived experience and clinical skills to support you along your journey of exploration and self-discovery.

I can help you with:

Gender Identity and Expression/ Anxiety / Depression / Neurodivergence/ Family Dynamics / Couple Dynamics / Coming Out / Transitioning / Body image/ Work or School Stress/ Dating / Sexual Orientation

The world needs more of you.

It all starts with a conversation.
